We are the Federation of human rights organizations NGOs in the Middle, which includes reducing this day 37 organizations of civil society and human rights, and within our union Court of Human Rights in the Middle NGOs, international committee for the rights of indigenous Mesopotamians offer Your Excellency our thoughts and our observations and our just and we are confident that you will you take it into consideration that we address the president of the strongest country in the world, which hold the keys of safety and security of the countries of the Middle and especially “Iraq”, which suffers from the chaos and lack of clarity of vision for the fuzzy future, it results of the destruction of the Iraqi state and not the system only! Which Iraq became prey to terrorism internal and external exposure to the ambitions of neighbors in the region. The corruption was types and forms, the result is not the government nor civil state as stated in the Constitution contradictory in many of the amendments and laws, it emphasize the need for real change for Iraq parliamentary, democratic and federal.

It is our duty as activists for human rights and faith diversity and pluralism and accept the others whatever their religion, color, and shape, our philosophers and theologians, lawyers, intellectuals and academics (Professor and holders degrees / PhD and Master and officers) and the presence of women, youth and women with experience in the field of human Rights and political and economic us all form a mosaic of a beautiful Iraq! Our hands are tarnished by corruption and murdering, especially theft of the people's money and we can not accept us from contaminated hands with the blood of a man. Plus, there is some of our presenters are American citizens! This very briefly, for our group’s decisions to take on the defense of Iraq as a nation and its authentic people, through peaceful struggle and Democratic Action and dissemination of the principles of the modern civil state.
Our demands and our vision of the situation in Iraq
1 - Appreciate the application of your decision before the previous election to withdraw from Iraq, and this withdrawal left a vacuum that has been exploited inside and outside Iraq Regional, which led to the survival of the chaos and insecurity and lack of essential services and the increase in immigration
2 - To work together to strengthen relations with the Iraqi people to establish a civil state of civilization and give effect to the Convention Iraqi / U.S. to include the economy and the exchange of experiences as well as the fight against terrorism for Iraq and Iraqies live in peace and security
3 - Affirmation and defense of the indigenous population of Iraq and principals that their rights are indivisible and they are Chaldeans, Assyrians, Mandaeans, Shabaks, Sunnis and Shiites from all nationalities and creeds.
4 - Increased attention and enhance the experience of the Kurdistan region, which had made considerable progress in promoting security and economic growth of the individual and harmony and homogeneity of intellectual and nationalist and patriotic with the emphasis on the need to grant the rights of minorities and ethnic groups and nationalities and religions other living within the region for thousands of years human beings like rights Kurdish without differentiation or differentiation, to work in order to live the whole of Iraq such modern civil democratic experiment.
5 - Giving an active role and major civil society organizations, human rights and competencies to lead Iraq in the coming period by the agreement from your government esteemed because of the failure of quotas community through two complete cycles - that is, during eight years - so the United States reconsider to its current policy towards the situation in Iraq.
6 - To work together to press the United Nations to extract a binding decision in the case of the distribution of water of the Tigris and Euphrates, which issued a decision from the Court of Human Rights NGOs in the Middle under No. 15 "to consider the Tigris and Euphrates rivers global and not crossing" and the reality of Iraq say: there is a humanity will be solved because of the Euphrates River because of drought Turkish projects and dams, with a resolution that would oblige Iran returns the situation to what it was before 1980 to restrict Al_onde River and other rivers for Iraq, causing dry marshes and salinity of the Shatt al-Arab/Basra.
7 - We ask you to activate the security agreement on the protection of Iraq and its rights as a member of the United Nations in control of the land borders, sea and air as maps and international agreements at the emergence of the modern Iraqi state.
8 - Demand an end to immigration bleeding through service projects and to reduce the economic unemployed young men and women - because we want life for Iraq and Iraqis like human beings in the world, the coffin together in peace and harmony

نحن اتحاد منظمات حقوق الإنسان الغير حكومية في الشرق الذي يضم لحد هذا اليوم 37 منظمة مجتمع مدني وحقوق الإنسان، وضمن اتحادنا محكمة حقوق الإنسان في الشرق الغير حكومية، مع الهيئة العالمية للدفاع عن سكان مابين النهرين الأصليين والاصلاء نقدم لجنابكم أفكارنا وملاحظاتنا ومطالبنا العادلة ونحن على ثقة تامة بأنكم سوف تأخذونها بنظر الاعتبار كوننا نخاطب رئيس أقوى دولة في العالم، التي بيده مفتاح الأمن والأمان لدول منطقة الشرق وخاصة العراق الذي يعاني من الفوضى وعدم وضوح الرؤيا لمستقبله الضبابي نتيجة تدمير الدولة العراقية وليس النظام فقط! مما أصبح العراق فريسة للإرهاب الداخلي والخارجي وتعرض لأطماع الجيران في المنطقة وكان الفساد بأنواعه وأشكاله والنتيجة لا حكومة ولا دولة مدنية حسب ما ورد في الدستور المتناقض في كثير من مواده وفقراته، عليه نؤكد على ضرورة التغيير الحقيقي من اجل عراق برلماني ديمقراطي اتحادي

من واجبنا كنشطاء حقوق الإنسان وإيماننا بالتنوع والتعدد ونقبل الآخر مهما كان دينه ولونه وشكله، بيننا الفلاسفة واللاهوتيين والمحامين والمثقفين والأكاديميين بروفيسور وحاملي شهادات عليا / دكتوراه وماجستير وضباط) وحضور المرأة والشباب وذوات الخبرة في مجال حقوق الإنسان والسياسيين والاقتصاديين جميعنا نشكل فسيفساء العراق الجميل! أيادينا بيضاء غير ملوثة بالفساد وخاصة سرقات أموال الشعب ولا يمكن ان نقبل بيننا من تلوثت يداه بدم إنسان! بيننا حاملي الجنسية الأمريكية من أصل عراقي! هذا باختصار شديد سيادة الرئيس عن مجموعتنا التي قررت ان تأخذ على عاتقها الدفاع عن العراق كوطن وعن شعبه الأصيل! من خلال النضال السلمي والعمل الديمقراطي ونشر مبادئ الدولة المدنية الحديثة
مطالبنا ورؤيتنا للوضع في العراق
1- نثمن تطبيق قراركم قبل الانتخابات السابقة بالانسحاب من العراق، وهذا الانسحاب ترك فراغاً تم استغلاله من داخل العراق وخارجه الإقليمي مما أدى إلى بقاء الفوضى واختلال الأمن ونقص الخدمات الضرورية وزيادة الهجرة
2- لنعمل معاً على تعزيز العلاقات مع الشعب العراقي بتأسيس دولة مدنية حضارية وتفعيل الاتفاقية العراقية /الأمريكية لتشمل الاقتصاد وتبادل الخبرات إضافة إلى مكافحة الإرهاب من جذوره ليعيش العراق والعراقيين بأمن وسلام
3- التأكيد والدفاع عن سكان العراق الأصليين والاصلاء التي حقوقهم لا تتجزأ وهم الكلدان والسريان والآشوريين والصابئة المندائيين والشبك والسنة والشيعة من جميع القوميات والمذاهب
4- زيادة الاهتمام وتعزيز تجربة إقليم كردستان الذي قطع شوطاً كبيراً في تعزيز الأمن ونمو اقتصاد الفرد وانسجام وتجانس فكري وقومي ووطني مع التوكيد على ضرورة منح حقوق الأقليات والاثنيات والقوميات والأديان الأخرى التي تعيش داخل الإقليم منذ آلاف السنين كبشر أسوة بالحقوق الكردي دون تفاضل او تمايز، لنعمل من اجل ان يعيش العراق كله مثل هذه التجربة الديمقراطية المدنية الحديثة
5- إعطاء دور فعال ورئيسي لمنظمات المجتمع المدني وحقوق الإنسان والكفاءات لقيادة العراق في الفترة القادمة كضوء اخضر من حكومتكم الموقرة بسبب فشل المحاصصة الطائفة خلال دورتين كاملتين - أي خلال ثمانية سنوات الماضية - لذا على الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية إعادة النظر في سياستها الحالية تجاه الوضع في العراق
6- لنعمل معاً من اجل الضغط على الأمم المتحدة لانتزاع قرار ملزم في قضية توزيع مياه دجلة والفرات التي صدر قرار من محكمة حقوق الإنسان الغير حكومية في الشرق تحت رقم 15 "لاعتبار نهري دجلة والفرات نهرين عالميين وليسا عابرين" وواقع العراق يقول: ان هناك كارثة إنسانية ستحل بسبب جفاف نهر الفرات بسبب مشاريع وسدود التركية، مع قرار يلزم إيران بإرجاع الوضع لما كان عليه قبل 1980 لحصرها مياه نهر الوند والأنهر الأخرى عن العراق مما تسبب من جفاف الاهوار وملوحة مياه شط العرب
7- نطالبكم بتفعيل الاتفاقية الأمنية حول حماية العراق وحقوقه كبلد عضو في الأمم المتحدة في السيطرة على حدوده البرية والبحرية والجوية حسب الخرائط والاتفاقات الدولية عند نشوء الدولة العراقية الحديثة
8- نطالب بوقف نزيف الهجرة عن طريق مشاريع خدمية واقتصادية للحد من بطالة الشباب والشابات - لأننا نريد الحياة للعراق والعراقيين أسوة ببني البشر في العالم، لنعش معاً بسلام ووئام
نتمنى لكم سيادة الرئيس الصحة والأمان لقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، لنعمل من اجل حرية الشعوب وأمنها وعيشها بسلام
